Our guide to a great celery harvest
Start celery by sowing seeds indoors in mid-spring and transplant the seedlings into the vegetable garden at around 4-6 inches tall once the risk of frost has passed.
Space the plants around 8-12 inches apart and grow the crop in a sunny spot in moisture-retentive soil.
